PANELISTS
Payam Safa is the Founder of Light DAO and a longtime entrepreneur working at the intersection of technology, capital, and consciousness. He is also the Founder & Chairman of Obi, the world’s largest rideshare data aggregation platform.
Payam’s work focuses on first principles: sovereignty, lawful governance, and the alignment of systems with human dignity and regenerative outcomes. Through Light DAO and related initiatives, he explores how individuals and communities can reclaim agency, coordinate outside extractive structures, and build resilient, values-aligned alternatives.
His perspective blends practical experience in venture-backed companies with deep inquiry into constitutional authority, consent, and the inner foundations of freedom.
Will Shares is a 15 year entertainment & media professional who has worked in key roles with global leaders and top entertainment companies. Also a leading Eco Specialist for festivals and events — programs he has developed impact 100,000+ attendees in southern California annually.
He is an advocate for self governance with a focus on developing sovereign leaders and sovereign leadership frameworks.
Through his skills, creativity and eye for strategic development, Will is a serial pioneer of successful complex projects across a variety of emerging business and cultural sectors. He leads with love and compassion to promote unity through sovereignty.
Akh Victor is a photographer, videographer and executive protection specialist. A sovereign leader and law writer with a tactician’s mind for the nuance of lawfare.
Victor is an American National (Non-US Citizen) and Los Angeles native. After being taken by the state from his loving family at 2 years old, he spent the rest of his childhood fending for himself in the foster care system.
He now uses his unique experience, perspective and understanding of law and beaurocratic systems to help others navigate their true power in sovereignty.
Arthur Juarez is a law researcher and writer with demonstrated experience in the defense of sovereignty and rights protections.
He is also a computer programmer where he leads work on systems for large scale power plants in Los Angeles.
He’s developed a methodical, programming oriented approach to his work relating to law which is enlightening, inspiring, and empowering. Believing sovereignty is a term of moral action, thus it is philosophical and practical, where the philosophy must be comprehended and its practicalities applied objectively.
He is also an endurance athlete who competes in Ironman events and marathons.
His veracity sets him among the most insightful and empowered minds today related to matters of sovereign law.
Daniel Mentz
Originally from Germany, Daniel Mentz is an ex-Hollywood filmmaker who now serves as National Status Director at the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship and as co-host of the Liberti’s Horizon podcast. He is a staunch advocate for individual empowerment, self-governance and an educator on hidden lawful remedies with a passion for Exit & Build strategies.

Michael Joseph is the Host of the Libertishorizon.com Podcast, executive producer & host of Liberty’s Horizon Events & founding director of Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (sacredhonoref.com).
