SUNRISE SESSION x SARAH SMITH
This week Sarah Smith will be joining Northside!
Who? Sarah is a yoga and Pilates instructor at Yogahub, Saint Studios and Bondi Pilates.
Sarah found yoga during Covid and a year later trained in Bali. Since then, movement has carried her through every chapter. Whenever life feels heavy, it's the thing she comes back to.
Last year she taught yoga on the beach at sunset. Now she's swapping sunset for sunrise to join the Show Up crew.
What? A joint session with Sarah and Neasa. Sarah will guide everyone through an uplifting yoga flow that will gradually build, leaving you feeling energised and ready for the day ahead. Her main goal in every class she teaches, whether it’s yoga or Pilates, is that you leave feeling like a better version of yourself! Neasa will lead everyone through a bit of breathwork & somatic movement

PARKING: Park between Happy Out and the Mixed swim shelter. Or directly at the beach if not wet. We’ll be just at the start of the beach.

This is Show Up Dublin's 4TH summer!! We show up EVERY Wednesday at Dun Laoghaire Baths & now Dollymount Strand! No matter the weather. Come and enjoy movement, breathwork, cold dip, and coffee chats at sunrise with likeminded people! We're part of a global Show Up community - also showing up at sunrise on Wednesdays in Barcelona, Sitges and Copenhagen!
