Casa Cipriani’s wellness experience includes a cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room, Mitogen red light therapy, and a treatment lounge designed for peace and tranquility.
This is not a rushed wellness event. It is a half-day retreat built to be felt.

MindSTILLness is Vīrya’s approach to self-transcending meditation.

The flow of the day
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Restorative Yoga
We begin by unwinding the body gently and intentionally. This opening session is designed to soften physical tension, regulate the breath, and prepare the system for deeper restoration. Led by New York healer and artist Margot Langman, the practice brings a grounded, thoughtful, and deeply restorative opening to the day.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Exclusive Access to Casa Cipriani Spa Amenities
Enjoy access reserved for our wellness guests and move at your own pace through Casa Cipriani’s heat-and-reset ritual. Spend time in the Cedar Sauna, breathe into the Eucalyptus Steam Room, and relax beneath Mitogen Red Light Therapy or in the Treatment Lounge. Casa Cipriani describes these amenities as part of a wet-and-dry heat ritual designed to open the senses, reduce muscle tension, and support peace and tranquility.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Intro to MindSTILLness
An introduction to Vīrya’s MindSTILLness practice — a guided session designed to help the mind switch off from constant activity and access a more effortless still state of renewal.
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Three-Course Lunch at the Private Mezzanine Café
A long, relaxed lunch held in Casa Cipriani’s private Mezzanine Café space. This part of the day is designed to be unhurried — a chance to enjoy the pleasure of food, atmosphere, and conversation without needing to rush back into the city. Presence is also practiced through how we eat, pause, and enjoy.
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Observing Ourselves: A Reflective Session
After lunch, we transition into a guided reflective session inspired by Jiddu Krishnamurti. Through a short video, journaling, and self-inquiry, we explore letting go of distracting thoughts, looking inward with honesty, and cultivating the art of witnessing life with greater clarity and less attachment.
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
MindSTILLness Session - Deeper immersion
We return to stillness for a more immersive sit. By this stage of the retreat, the body has softened, the mind has slowed, and the system is often more ready to settle into a deeper experience of quiet.
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Sound Bath + Guided Meditation
A restorative sound-led transition designed to prolong the calm of the day. Guided rest and immersive sound help the body stay open, the breath soften, and awareness remain gently receptive.
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Closing Session + Integration
The retreat ends with space to integrate rather than rush. A final moment to settle, reflect, and let the full experience absorb — so you leave Casa Cipriani feeling softer in the body, clearer in the mind, and more deeply restored.
