THE FOUNDERS CONFERENCE 2026
THE FOUNDERS' CONFERENCE 2026 (TFC•26)
The future of Zambia will not be built by spectators—it will be built by founders, enterprise builders and value creators.
THE FOUNDERS' CONFERENCE 2026 is Zambia's premier gathering for ambitious university students, young entrepreneurs and emerging leaders who refuse to settle for the ordinary. Bringing together over 600 delegates from universities, colleges and youth-led organisations across the country, TFC•26 is where ideas become opportunities, connections become partnerships and vision becomes enterprise.
Under the theme, "Shaping the Next Generation of Founders, Enterprise Builders and Value Creators," this landmark conference will unite influential founders, business executives, innovators, policymakers, investors and ecosystem leaders to equip young people with the mindset, knowledge and networks needed to build sustainable businesses and create lasting impact.
This is more than a conference. It is a national movement to unlock Zambia's greatest asset—its young people. Whether you aspire to launch a startup, build a thriving enterprise, lead transformational organisations or create solutions that change communities, TFC•26 is designed to challenge your thinking, expand your network and accelerate your journey.
Expect powerful keynote addresses, inspiring founder stories, practical business insights, leadership development, meaningful networking and access to opportunities that can shape your future.
Over 600 delegates. One venue. One movement. One generation determined to build the future.
Don't just prepare for the future. Come and build it.
