Visa Extension Run: Chiang Mai Immigration (Central Festival)

​Let's do the 30-day visa extension together :)) Meet at the Central Festival immigration branch, not the Airport Road office.

​The counter opens at 9:00, so we're meeting at 8:30 to be near the front. It's usually quick here (often under an hour). Come at whatever time works for you.

​Bring

• ​Passport

• ​Filled-in TM.7 form

• ​One 4x6 cm photo taken in the last 6 months (bring a spare)

• ​Signed copies of your passport photo page, visa and latest entry stamp

• ​TM30 slip from your hotel or landlord

• ​Proof of where you're staying (booking or lease)

• ​1,900 THB in cash

​Missing something? Join Tuesday's prep session at CAMP, Maya Mall (9 to 11am) for photos, forms and copies.

​Apply before your current stamp runs out. The extension adds 30 days to it, so going early doesn't cost you any days. Branch hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 17:00, lunch 12:00 to 13:00.
