• ​Jonah from Endswell Farm – Chef turned farmer, supplying Michelin restaurants in Vancouver and formerly working in Michelin-star restaurants across Europe. Passionate about seasonal, elevated flavors.

• ​Elizabeth Ho | Birdhouse Bake Shop – Baker, recipe developer, and storyteller. Elizabeth’s pastries are a bridge between memory, heritage, and playfulness. Sharing something handmade is her act of care.

• ​Jen & Joel | Bowen Airbnb – The masterminds behind this magical retreat. More than just an Airbnb, they build community through storytelling, connection, and thoughtful experiences.
