With the aim of contributing to human connection, harnessing innate human skills, and bringing those to our children.
Parents, experts, therapists, teachers, and anyone who wants to contribute to a more mindful world.
Become a BETTER PARENT by learning to become a FULFILLED human.
Which means taking time connect with your own purpose first, and later help your kids do the same.
Expect an evening with a warm mix of presentations, open discussion, reflection, and connection.

WHO's behind it?
The initiative came from Yvonne Knap, who studied meditation with Buddhist monks in Thailand for over a decade and feels called to share this knowledge with families. She will guide a mindfulness session and share how mindfulness can shift family dynamics in a real, practical way.
A confession from YVONNE:
"I love hosting, preparing the ambient and the surprises for the people who are coming along. I would love to collaborate with future builders to make this world full of opportunities to connect through joy and mindfulness. I am inspired by my Thailand retreats and want to bring this to Lisbon."
Mira Sergeeva joins as a co-host, bringing another set of topics to the table. She will speak about tracking child development, including ADHD traits and finding talents of your kids early.
A confession from MIRA:
"Something happens when you actually connect with people from different backgrounds and experiences. You learn and you grow. Working with schools, universities and companies, I aim to support the next generations through every stage of life. I'm here as a connector and a supporter, and that's the purpose I keep coming back to."
