Start your day off with Taiji!
Taiji (aka Tai Chi) is a mindful movement practice which aims to cultivate a state of balance, relaxation, openness and clarity.
Come and practice with us and if you'd like, stay and join us for co-working at the hub and happy hour in the evening.
We will practice for about 30-40 minutes, learning principles and forms, with space for dynamic and freeform movement to support an easier integration into your day to day life.
I mostly teach the forms of Chungliang Al Huang, but also incorporate a lot of the forms from Cheng man Ching as it is taught at Naropa. And a lot of my Taiji is informed intuitively from my dad Joe who was a Taiji teacher as well but passed away in 2015.
