​Surviving AI is a variety show that blends stand up comedy, a panel of scientists and tech experts, music and immersive art to explore what may be the most impactful technology humans have ever created.

​Comedian Shane Mauss (Conan/Comedy Central) interviews scientists to inspire themed cerebral comedy shows including a two-part comedy special TRIPS dropping this spring.

​Panelist

​Athena Aktipis is Psychology professor and cooperation theorist at ASU. Author of ‘The Cheating Cell’, ‘A FIeld Guide To The Apocalypse’ and ‘Hijacked’; she founded The Cooperative Futures Initiative to explore new approaches to AI and other modern challenges and opportunities.

​Robert Brooks is an evolutionary biologist who comes to us all the way from Australia! He is author of ‘Sex, Genes, and Rock and Roll’ and ‘Artificial Intimacy’.

​Joscha Bach is a cognitive scientist, AI researcher, philosopher and executive director of the California Institute for Machine Consciousness
