🌕 Sunday Sanctuary is coming home in September.
After a summer pause, it feels good to return to the online space where Solstice Breathwork first took root.
Just one day after the Harvest Moon, we’ll gather to integrate the gifts of the season, honour what has nourished us, and settle gently into autumn.
A familiar space.
A shared breath.
A soft place to land.

What to Expect
This is a 90-minute online breathwork ceremony guided by the sacred teaching of the elements and wisdom of the stars.
We’ll move through:
• An overview of conscious connected breathwork
• ~50 minutes of guided breathwork set to music
• Space for integration and an optional sharing circle to close
This is a trauma-informed, consent-led practice.
No prior experience is necessary.
Energy Exchange
Solstice Breathwork Sanctuary is offered on a Pay-What-You-Can basis in honour of accessibility, community care, and shared exchange.
Your contribution supports the time, preparation, and presence required to hold this space and helps sustain this work within our community.
