True Classic went from $0 to $300m in five years. Bootstrapped. Selling t-shirts. They're now in 200+ countries, with 6 million customers, placements in Target, Nordstrom, Sam's Club and Costco, and over 25% of total eCommerce revenue coming from outside the US.
As President of True Classic, Adam led their international expansion. Before that, GM UK at Bombas and Global Commercial Director at Deliveroo. He's built and scaled across both sides of the Atlantic.
We'll be getting into how a major US brand thinks about entering Europe - what's surprised them, what's worked, what hasn't. And advice he has for European brands trying to enter the US.
