About Event

A 60-minute practice to help you start thinking consciously and finally make a move on your procrastinated project.💖

You have something you want to do. Maybe it's been living in your head for a week. Maybe for years.

It could be starting a business, or it could be painting one piece, visiting your grandma, having dinner with someone you've been meaning to call. Any plan that lives in your head but hasn't made it into your life yet counts.

You're not lazy. You're not unambitious. You're just caught in a loop of thoughts that feel more real than they are.

In 60 minutes together, we will:

🌲Open with a story that will showcase a new perspective about "thinking".
🧘‍♀️Do a guided body based practice that will shift your body from doing into being.
✍️Journal through guiding prompts designed to help you dig deeper.
💬Share your thoughts with the room and connect on a deeper level.

No experience with meditation or journaling needed. Just grab a pen and paper, come as you are.
