Wellness Month Event
Welcome to Mums That Network September Wellness Month. This will be a series of events, with one goal: helping you decompress, reset, and get ready for the busy Autumn to Christmas stretch.
Summer's over, the school run is back, and if you're anything like us, your mind hasn't quite caught up with your calendar yet. So we're starting this month with the opportunity to unwind and to reset.
The event will open with a guided Mindfulness and Meditation session with Ruth, from Re-Nurture. Designed to help you switch off before switching back on again. A chance to get grounded, before the Networking begins.
From there, the event will run as the normal sessions that you love. Great conversation, a gorgeous grazing spread and a hot or iced drink in hand whilst you get to connect with some incredible Women in business.
To make this event extra special, Elly, from The Roaming Retreat, will be joining us offering 10 minute express chair or table massages. These will need to be booked separately to the Networking Event and there are 6 spaces available.

Take a well-deserved pause with a relaxing 10-minute upper body reset massage. Focusing on the back, shoulders and neck this treatment helps ease tension, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and re-energised. Two massage options will be available on the day:
Chair Massage: A seated massage that allows you to remain fully clothed. No oils are used during this treatment.
Massage Table Treatment: A massage performed on a treatment table. This option requires the removal of upper-body clothing and includes the use of massage oil. Professional draping techniques will be used at all times to ensure your comfort, privacy, and modesty. A room divider will also be in place to provide additional privacy throughout your treatment.
