Hike&Yoga🐺: Wolf’s Valley
Hey, yoga lover!😍 Ready to flow with the views?
We’ll hike from Torremolinos up in the Wolf’s Valley (Cañada del Lobo)🐺, taking in magnificent views of Malaga and the entire coast.
🧘♀️Yoga:
Halfway through the hike, we’ll pause for a 1-hour yoga class, starting with 15 minutes of breathwork to calm the nervous system and reconnect with the body, followed by 30 minutes of gentle vinyasa yoga and ending with 15 minutes of guided meditation. This practice after hiking is the perfect way to release tension, stretch tired muscles, and fully recharge your energy — no experience needed.

🚩Difficulty: Easy/Moderate (Check our fitness & technical difficulty scale)
⛰️ Total ascent: ∼500 meters
💶 Contribution: 20 EUR (hike, yoga class + little treat! 🍪)
👉 Max group: 20 people
🐕 Bring your doggo along! They’ll love the adventure as much as you do!

⏰ Start time: 10:00 am (please arrive 10 minutes early!)
📍 Meeting point: Torremolinos
🚆 The event is accessible by public transport from Málaga to El Pinillo by train (Cercanias) making it easy and convenient for everyone. The train departeres from Malaga Maria Zambrano at 08:53.
Tips for a great event:
🥾 Shoes: comfortable hiking shoes
💧 Hydration & snacks: At least 2L of water, plus snacks or a light lunch to keep your energy up.
🧢 Sun protection: Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses – especially for the sunny stretches.
🧘♀️Yoga mat or a towel for the yoga session.
