About Event

why your work doesn't run on permanent summer

Here's something you already know in your bones: nature doesn't grow all year round.

Spring brings the new ideas. Summer is the big push — growth, output, everything blooming at once. Autumn is the harvest, the gathering-in. And winter is the stillness. The rest. The part where nothing visibly happens, and that's exactly the point.

You design for this in the systems you work on. Regeneration. Limits. The fallow field.

So why do we run our own work — and our teams — like it's summer all year?

In this session we'll get on speaking terms with the four seasons, and what they have to do with how you lead change. We'll look at which season you're actually in right now, where you (or the system around you) might be stuck forcing growth the moment can't sustain, and what shifts when you let the cycle move again.

You'll leave with:
— a read on the season your work is really in
— a way to catch yourself (or your team) pushing summer in a winter month
— something practical to take back to a real situation you're carrying

Bring a challenge you're sitting with. We'll run it through the seasons and see what it tells you. 💛
