Chicago - 'Train the Trainer' with the International Coaching Federation

​Gina Gauthier, Chief of Staff at Erie Street Growth Partners and CSA Regional Director for the USA Midwest, and our valued partners at Quantum Rise, invites members to join a special in-person session delivered in partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

​This interactive “train the trainer” event will help chiefs of staff develop practical coaching and leadership tools to support their principals and executive teams. Led by ICF-accredited coaches, the session focuses on real-world techniques for influencing upwards, driving alignment and building leadership capability across an organisation.

​Participants will learn how to embed a coaching mindset into strategic practice and lead more effectively in complex, fast-moving environments. Networking will take place before and after the session, offering space to connect with peers across the region.
