About Event

Not Alone is an online gathering for people or their loved ones affected by mental illness and other life challenges who are looking for a safe, confidential place to connect with others who truly understand how complicated that experience can be.

What To Expect:

  • 💻 Hosted on Zoom, this event is designed to feel welcoming and accessible, especially for anyone who is new to spaces like this or unsure about sharing.

  • 👂You are invited to come as you are, listen if that is what you need, and only share what feels right for you.

  • 🛝Take part in authentic relating games that help break the ice and create a sense of ease.

  • 🙊 Join confidential breakout circles led by trained facilitators.

  • 🤝 Connect with other folks who are also experiencing mental illness and other life challenges in their communities and families.

How it Works:
These smaller groups will offer space to process grief, speak about mental illness and other life challenges impacting you, your loved ones, or your family, and be heard with care. A trained facilitator will lead a thoughtful discussion to help everyone feel grounded and supported.

Our in-person event last year had over 50 people in attendance, and the desire for more events like this was clear.
One participant said, "The sense of camaraderie from the facilitation team really helped me not feel alone. The breakout groups gave us a chance to slow down and dive deep into each person's story, which truly deepened our bond."

What You'll Walk Away With:
By the end of the event, participants can expect to leave with a stronger sense of connection, practical resources for navigating mental illness, grief, and other life challenges in their families and wider circles, and the reminder that they do not have to carry this alone. If you have been wanting a gentle place to show up, reflect, and be met with compassion, Not Alone was created for you.

Optional Networking from 1:00 - 2:00 PM
Don't want to leave once it's over? Stick around and hang out! We'll have different breakout rooms for you to join and connect with other participants.

The Not Alone Logo:
This event’s cover photo features a mural from our December 2025 gathering. Created by participants to represent randomly selected emotions, it celebrates the depth and creativity of the human experience.

This event is organized by Our United Tribes, which is a non-profit organization with a mission to build and support teams that empower men to reach their highest potential. Visit our website here.
