Running a startup is more than building a product, finding customers, or growing revenue. It’s also about leading people, navigating pressure, and making decisions when things get complicated.
Track A of the Founder Growth Series gives founders a space to pause, reflect, and work through the people side of building a business, alongside other founders who understand the journey.
Through three small-group coaching sessions, we’ll use a simple, guided tool to help you make sense of your leadership patterns, better understand your team, and turn reflection into action. Join one session or all three. Each session stands on its own, so you can start wherever you are.
The Sessions
October 2026 | The Check-In
What drives you? What gets under your skin? And how do you tend to respond when the pressure is on? Start by understanding yourself as the person your team looks to.
January 2027 | Read the Room
Take an honest look at how your team is really doing. Identify what might be going unsaid, then leave with one conversation you can have this week.
March 2027 | From Someday to Monday
Q1 is nearly over. Move beyond the things you keep telling yourself you should do. Choose one new step to take, or finally start something you’ve been putting off, with a practical plan for the next 30 days.

Who it’s for: Founders, co-founders, and business owners, including those running family businesses
Group size: Up to 16 participants, keeping the conversation small enough for everyone to contribute
Duration: Up to 75 minutes per session
