Selene Circle - Summer Solstice π
βOnce a year, the sun reaches its highest point and pauses. The Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year.
βThere's a reason this day has been celebrated for thousands of years. The solstice is when the light is fullest, as well as our capacity to see clearly, release what's heavy. it's one of the most potent moments of the year to get clear, let go, and step into what's next.... and favorite time to gather and sit still together. Following the Sun's lead and embracing a brief pause before summer sweeps us all away.
βThis is the circle I I probably look forward to most out of the year. And this time around, we're gathering inside of Casa Ishi's cave - for the drama, and because who knows what Miami weather will have in store for us that day.
βWhat to expect:
π Genuine laughter and levity.
π Honest reflection on what you're bringing into this season.
π Deep connection with the women sitting in the cave with you.
π Somatic release (via ecstatic dance!) we'll move, shake, breathe, and let some things go.
πSolar plexus activation.
π Rituals, obviously.
Come as you are, leave lighter and ready for the season ahead.
