SOMATIC Rx
SOMATIC Rx
Somatic Rx is a 90-minute signature class for those ready to go deeper—deeper into their practice, their awareness, and their relationship to movement as more than just physical exercise. Here, movement becomes a pathway into the emotional, mental, and intuitive body.
In this athletic and creative somatic practice, we learn to listen to the body—its signals, instincts, and edges—so we can move through life with more integrity, clarity, and freedom. Together, we work to release perfectionism, strengthen interoception, and unlock new layers of confidence, creativity, and connection.
Each class weaves together a wide range of modalities including Pilates, fascia release, functional strength, mobility flows, dancerly movement, breathwork, nervous system support, journaling, guided improvisation, and somatic exploration. No two classes are the same; sessions shift with the season, the collective energy of the group, and what feels most alive in the moment.
This is not about performing or getting it “right.” It’s about relating to yourself and others with greater honesty, compassion, and presence. Expect to leave feeling stronger, clearer, more grounded, and more fully yourself.
