​Catherine is a family business consultant at Compass Point Consulting and a second-generation leader in her own family's business. After losing her mother, Denise, in 2021, she and her family created the Denise C. Garrity/Compass Point Foundation Fund to carry forward her mother's compassion and generosity, supporting women battling breast cancer through the Women's 5K Classic of the Lehigh Valley.
