PRE MARATHON SINGING AND CARB SLINGING!
Slow Poke Run Club is teaming up with Shokz, the official sponsor of the Berlin Marathon, for a fun and easy 5km around Mauerpark with good music, good company, and plenty of sing along favorites along the way
Pace: 7:30/km for 5km
Post-run, we head back to our meetup location for CARBS! We have ELEVATED instant noodles from Yummy Foods (with lots of vegan and high protein options) to go around to everyone to get sodium and carbs back into the body!
