RLCN Inaugural Meeting 🧩♿️💜
​Join us for the inaugural meeting of the Ribbon Life Community Network (RLCN), a community-based interagency network connecting organizations, service providers, families, caregivers, advocates, and community partners who support children and adults with disabilities or special needs, people with chronic illnesses or mental health needs, older adults, and their families across the lifespan.
​RLCN is being created to help our community share reliable resources, strengthen referrals, identify service gaps and overlaps, and learn directly from the people navigating these systems.
​WHAT TO EXPECT
​• Informal networking and introductions
• Resource and referral sharing
• Conversation about service gaps and referral barriers
• Input from disabled people, people with special needs, caregivers, families, and community partners
• An introduction to Ribbon Life, Ribbon Life AI, and future plans for the community resource directory and calendar
​WHO SHOULD ATTEND
​• Disability and special-needs organizations
• Healthcare, mental health, education, aging, and community-service providers
• Caregivers and family members
• Disabled and chronically ill children and adults
• Advocates, educators, faith communities, businesses, and referral partners
• Anyone interested in improving support and community connections across the lifespan
​This is a working community conversation—not a sales presentation. Participants are welcome to bring public information about their services, programs, upcoming events, and referral processes. Please leave confidential or identifying case information out of the discussion.
​Attendance is free. Preregistration is asked to prepare for the meeting space. Bring your lunch, your resources, and your perspective.
