SpeechLab Founder Communication Bootcamp
SpeechLab Founder Communication Bootcamp
4 Sundays. One small cohort. A lot of speaking.
You can have a great idea and still struggle to communicate it when the conversation stops going according to plan.
SpeechLab is a 4-week live communication bootcamp for founders who want to become clearer, more spontaneous and more persuasive — whether you’re pitching, presenting, answering difficult questions or explaining what you’re building to someone who just doesn’t get it yet.
This isn’t four weeks of sitting through lectures.
You’ll speak. Get challenged. Try again. Receive feedback. Improvise. Defend an argument. Present with unfamiliar slides. Handle unexpected questions. And finish the programme with a live final presentation.
The programme
21 February — Presence & Personal Narrative
Build a stronger personal narrative, understand how you come across when you speak, and learn how to make your message memorable.
28 February — Improv & Thinking on Your Feet
Get comfortable responding without a script. Through improv and live exercises, we’ll work on spontaneity, listening, adaptability and recovering when things don’t go to plan.
7 March — Persuasion Under Pressure
Learn to structure an argument, defend your ideas and respond to pushback. Expect debate, rapid-fire challenges and SpeechLab’s signature PowerPoint Karaoke.
14 March — The Pressure Test: Final Presentation Day
Bring everything together. Each participant will deliver a final presentation or pitch, followed by live questions, feedback and many surprises!
Who is this for?
Early-stage founders and aspiring founders who want to communicate their ideas with more clarity, personality and conviction.
You do not need to be an experienced speaker. You just need to be willing to practise.
What makes SpeechLab different?
Most communication training focuses on preparing the perfect presentation.
We’re interested in what happens when the script ends.
SpeechLab combines personal narrative, improv, debate, presentation practice and live feedback to help founders communicate when they’re actually under pressure.
Small cohort · London · 4 consecutive Sundays
Places will be deliberately limited so everyone gets substantial speaking time and feedback.
