Join us for an afternoon reading party celebrating the upcoming release of Wen-Yi Lee’s debut, When They Burned the Butterfly—a bold, cinematic story set in 1970s Singapore, where secret societies, migrant gods, and fire-wielding girls collide.
✨ Officially on sale October 21, guests at this special event may get an exclusive pre-release copy—with 200 free copies available for attendees!✨
Come early, claim your copy, and be among the very first to step into this dazzling world of magic, power, and rebellion.
