Women Who Lead: Wellness Series
Human Design for Self-Leadership & Team Dynamics
Leadership begins with self-awareness. When you understand your own energetic blueprint, and recognize that your team, partners, and family may be wired differently, you can lead with confidence and navigate complex relationships without burning out.
Led by corporate attorney mentor and certified mediator Dana Shaker, this interactive workshop uses Human Design as a practical tool for executive communication. You will gain immediate insights into how you best make decisions, communicate under pressure, and drive alignment across your organization.
Why This
Natalie K. Jackson discovered Human Design at the end of 2025. Understanding her own blueprint led to better alignment, which unlocked a new trajectory and helped her feel more grounded in her work and expansion. Wanting to learn more and to share this clarity with others, she connected with Dana through a close friend to bring this session to life.
Advanced Chart Preparation
To pull your custom Human Design chart for the workshop, we need your birth date, exact birth time, and birth location. You are also welcome to include this information for up to three additional people in your life, such as a partner, child, or close colleague, to help you analyze your specific relationship and team dynamics during the session. Stephanie will reach out to capture this information once you sign up, or feel free to include it during check-out.
