About Event

Have you ever finished a faster day and felt heavier?

AI is accelerating how we build, decide, lead, and create. For many of us, life has not gotten any lighter. Constant learning, expanding expectations, faster decisions, and the quiet pressure to stay relevant tend to land on women who are already carrying a full load.

For more than twenty years, Jennifer Ngure has watched people absorb technology change inside demanding healthcare environments. That work shaped how she thinks about speed and sustainability: capability and capacity are not the same thing. A tool can make the work faster without giving us more of ourselves to do it with.

In this interactive Wellness Wednesday session, Jennifer guides participants through what AI-era acceleration may be asking of their leadership, energy, attention, and decision-making, and what their capacity may already be telling them.

The experience combines a brief guided talk, an optional grounding breath practice, coaching-based reflection, and meaningful group discussion. Participants may use ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot as an individual reflection partner, or complete the reflection without AI. No previous AI experience or paid account is required. Participants will be reminded not to enter confidential, personally identifying, or sensitive information.

Together, participants will have space to name one early capacity signal, question one expectation that may be creating unnecessary pressure, consider one boundary or conversation worth initiating, and choose one realistic practice to test for seven days. Each participant can capture these on a Personal Capacity Protocol Card, a visual reminder of what they have chosen to change, communicate, or protect.

Come as you are. If something has been asking a lot of you lately, bring it.

You can expect to leave with a clearer sense of your own capacity signals, something specific to act on, and one practice small enough to keep.
