​The ADA regulations describe the interactive process in only a few sentences. In practice, it is one of the most important and nuanced responsibilities of an ADA practitioner. Every accommodation request requires thoughtful communication, careful documentation, and sound judgment. This three-hour training is designed to help practitioners navigate those conversations with confidence.

​Join FC for an intensive virtual workshop focused on conducting effective interactive processes from beginning to end. Through practical instruction, real-world examples, and guided case discussions, participants will learn how to evaluate accommodation requests, identify essential functions, assess reasonable accommodations, document conversations appropriately, and communicate difficult decisions while maintaining trust.
