We’ll meet at Volca Café at 10:30 and start with some light warm-up exercises before heading out for a 2–3 km run at a moderate, comfortable pace. There’s no focus on speed or timing, the goal is simply to move, connect, and enjoy the process 💗

After the run, we’ll head back to Volca Coffee Roasters ☕️ for those who’d like to stay for a drink and relaxed conversation.
