Guest Creatives: A Monthly Series: Caring for the Woman You've Become
As we grow older, we begin to appreciate the importance of caring for ourselves in new ways. Sometimes it's found in the simplest of things: a quiet moment, a little nourishment, or the pleasure of making something just for ourselves.
Join us for a nourishing Guest Creative experience with Rachel Hewitt of Wild Wellness.
Rachel is a Holistic Wellness Treatment Therapist and Coach for women. She loves weaving holistic wellness, faith, nervous-system care and creativity through community & retreats.
We'll begin with a guided meditation before learning how to make our own body butter.
Whether you choose to make your body butter alongside Rachel or simply sit back, watch, and enjoy the experience, this is an opportunity to slow down, explore something new, and give yourself a little care.
If you'd like to whip up your own body butter along with Rachel, here's what you'll need.
