How Lovely Is Your Dwelling Place: Creating a Safe Haven for the Hurting
How do we cultivate a community where the hurting can truly rest in God’s strength?
Refugee women long for safety—a longing we all share. This workshop explores how your church or small group can become a foretaste of God’s "dwelling place" (Psalm 84). Drawing from Crossing Borders' experience creating safe environments for North Korean refugees, we will provide practical strategies to help women from traumatic backgrounds heal and flourish.
Our Speaker: You will hear from Dan Chung, Executive Director of Crossing Borders. For over 20 years, Dan has walked alongside North Korean refugees, helping them navigate trauma and find hope in Jesus. He brings not just expertise, but deep, compassionate storytelling to the conversation.
