​What this is
Playground 1 opens VIA's Knowledge & Talent Capital track — the first of the "capitals behind growth" the ecosystem identified together in VIA last events.

​Unlike money spent and gone, capital is what keeps paying back the more you use it, and Knowledge and Talent are exactly that kind of asset. This half-day, in-person session is where the room starts building on it together: you get to know your own situation better by comparing it with peers, real companies, real growth stories, and the context and data behind them.

​Who it's for
SMEs, Startups and Corporates across Vantaa's ecosystem (and not only), anyone curious to bring and share their own growth question.

​Why it's useful
Peer comparison is often the fastest way to see what you can't see alone: hearing how another company read the same market, used the same networks, or reached the same point of ambition sharpens the picture of your own path forward.

​You leave with a first practical tool to map your own knowledge and talent assets, a clearer sense of how to draw on both your own network and VIA's, and a seat inside an arc that keeps building, what surfaces today feeds directly into November.

• ​08:00 – 08:30 Welcome Coffee. Arrive, meet the room informally before we start.

• ​08:30 – 09:00 Opening. A shared starting point: what previous VIA sessions surfaced, the data behind it, and how today's exchange works.

• ​09:00 – 11:30 Working Session, in groups. Peer stories open the conversation, a guided comparison of how each company builds on context, knowledge, technology and its own network alongside VIA's.

• ​11:30 – 12:00 Closing & Sharing. Each group brings back what surfaced; together we look for the patterns across the room.

• ​12:00 – 12:30 Next Steps & Tools. How today feeds into the rest of the arc, your first practical tool to take home, and how to access VIA's knowledge and network going forward.
