​Our time together will move in a gentle flow, beginning with a welcome and short opening prompt, then shifting into shared practices and conversation designed to spark new energy and perspective.

​We’ll close by gathering what felt most alive, naming a few takeaways, and sending everyone back into the day with fresh inspiration, usable tools, and more access to liberation.
