Founder House™ is an intimate founder retreat hosted by Cassandra McClure and advisor Twila Harrison. Cassandra is the founder and editor-in-chief of Clean Living Magazine and host of The Cassandra McClure Show.
For three days, we're taking over an entire 23-room private estate in downtown Palm Springs. There's no front desk, no lobby, and no other guests. Just us.
Who it's for
Founders, startups, and creatives working on their next big move: launching, rebranding, raising, growing, or simply ready to be in the right room. Come solo or bring a collaborator.
The house
A midcentury desert estate framed by mountains and palms, walkable to downtown dining, galleries, and the art museum. The estate has:
2 heated pools and 2 hot tubs
A sauna and a fire pit
Bikes to cruise into town
Backdrops for content everywhere you look

Monday, Dec 14: Arrive & settle in
Check in, unpack, and take a slow afternoon by the pool. In the evening, we head into town together for dinner (optional).
Tuesday, Dec 15: Build & connect
The day opens with a founder session on business education with Cassandra, followed by 1:1 time and open afternoon hours.
In the evening is the Founder House™ Mixer, a poolside gathering where house guests meet local founders and creatives from the Palm Springs community. Expect a few surprises along the way.
Wednesday, Dec 16: Check out
A slow morning, a closing circle, and then home with new connections and a clearer next step.

Meals, drinks, flights, and ground transportation are at your own cost.
Fly into PSP, which is minutes from the estate. Nonstop from SFO is about 90 minutes.
Free parking is available if you're driving.
