[Oct] Yoga with Vera vol.4

​Join for a relaxing and grounding yoga session🧘‍♀️

​Fee: ¥1000 (1st time ¥500)

​Language: The class will be conducted mainly in Mandarin (depending on the participants of the day will adjust with some English or Japanese).

​After Class: We’ll wrap up with some soothing herbal tea! Let's chat, catch up, and unwind together before we head home🍵

​参加費：1000円（初回500円）

​レッスン言語： メインは中国語で行います。当日の参加メンバーに合わせて、日本語や英語いずれかミックスで行います。

​レッスンの後： 体を動かした後は、温かいハーブティーをご用意します。最近の出来事などをカジュアルにおしゃべりして、のんびり過ごしたあとに解散となります🍵
