Across AI and Deloitte invite you to an evening with JPMorgan Chase, the next dinner in our series for enterprise AI leaders. We'll meet in New York on November 5th to take on a hard question: why do so many promising AI deployments get rolled back, and what separates the ones that last?
Kalyan Sengupta, Head of Data, Analytics, AI and Digitalization, will anchor the conversation. Kalyan has spent more than 30 years leading technology and data organizations in financial services. He has built trading, risk, and data management platforms, led digitalization and enterprise transformation for Wholesale Credit and Payments. Currently he drives AI/ML adoption across Risk, Compliance. Few people have seen agentic AI tested at the scale and under the regulatory scrutiny of one of the world's largest banks, and he'll bring that perspective to the table.
Together, we'll explore:
How to tell which problems agentic AI is suited to solve, and which it isn't
Why agents need transactional, industry, and organizational context to work well
How missing context adds up to higher cost, latency, and risk
What leaders should be asking beyond "Which AI tool are we using?"
Expect a candid conversation among peers who are responsible for moving AI out of pilots and into production. There will be no slides, demos, or sales pitches.
