In this 90-minute session, you will get a taste of Transfer Designer Certification. We will introduce the 12 levers of transfer effectiveness, based on 110 years of scientific research reviewed by Dr. Ina Weinbauer-Heidel from the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness (www.transfereffectiveness.com).
In the full certification, participants learn to design and implement customised, research‑based transfer concepts for their own programmes. They work with the 12 levers to develop transfer tools and interventions tailored to their company, topic and audience, and they receive ongoing support, resources and community to apply these ideas in practice.
In this taster, you will receive a set of 12 Lever Cards as part of your registration.
The cards give you an overview of the 12 levers. We’ll guide you through a process to identify possible transfer barriers in your programmes. Based on the barriers you identify, you’ll then explore practical tools you can try to make your programmes more transfer‑robust.
Rather than a lecture, this will be a guided, interactive session that invites reflection, discussion, and a bit of playful experimentation with the idea of transfer.
