Quantum Leap Purpose Workshop Retreat
Explore the gap between the life you have built and the life you want to live.
You may have achieved much of what you once wanted, yet something no longer feels right. The way you work, relate to others, or spend your days may no longer reflect what matters to you. You know something needs to change, but the ways you usually work things out keep bringing you back to the same place.
Perhaps you are at a turning point. Perhaps you have a vision for the world you want to help create but need to understand what it asks of your own life. You can sense a next chapter without yet seeing how to begin it.
This workshop gives you space to explore that gap through four stages of the journey:
Meaning — What matters enough to organise my life around?
Depth — What lies beneath the answers I usually give myself?
Memory — What memories, feelings, or parts of myself have I stopped listening to?
Awakening — What is becoming clear about how I want to live from now on?
Marc Buckley is an ecological economist, regenerative futurist, and facilitator whose work helps leaders and organisations create conditions in which life can thrive. For this guided overnight workshop, he adapts his seven-day “What Does a World That Works for Everyone Look Like for You?” workshop to a personal question: What would it take to live by what matters most to you?
Marc guides you through a structured exploration of your WHY: the values, purpose, and direction you want your life to express. You will name a personal Quantum Leap Intention—or an open question you want to carry into the journey.
After rest, accompanied integration helps you distinguish what you experienced from what you make of it, notice what still matters, and choose a small step you can practise in daily life. The workbook gives you a way to revisit that choice in the weeks that follow.
Insight becomes direction. Direction becomes a choice. A choice becomes something you can practise.
This experience is for people whose outer lives and inner priorities no longer feel aligned. You might be a founder, creator, leader, or changemaker. You might simply be entering a significant life transition. What connects you is the wish to move beyond understanding that something needs to change and begin exploring how to live differently.
The experience takes place in a small, selected group. Sharing is optional; your journey remains your own.

Hero’s Journey Quantum Leap Purpose Workshop Retreat is a guided, intentional overnight experience designed to help you explore your purpose, deepen self-understanding, reconnect with meaningful memories, and translate insight into the next chapter of your life.
This experience follows the framework:

The focus is your individual journey. You will move through guided reflection, purpose exploration, preparation, facilitated psychedelic integration, rest, and structured integration practices designed to help you understand what surfaced and how it relates to the life you want to create.
Although the workshop takes place in a small group setting, you are not required to participate in group processing or disclose personal experiences. Sharing is always optional. The group provides a supportive environment, while the work remains centered on your own intentions, insights, questions, and integration.
The experience takes place at AWKN Ranch in the Temple Room, with an overnight group sleep setup and access to an experienced team of guides, facilitators, care, and safety support.
Facilitated Guided Intentional Assisted Experience
This workshop is designed for people who feel ready to make a meaningful shift in their lives, clarify or embody their purpose, examine patterns that are no longer serving them, reconnect with what matters most, and build greater future fitness for the years ahead.
The Hero’s Journey structure helps you explore where you are now, what you are being invited to leave behind, what you are seeking, what you are remembering, and what you want to bring back into your daily life.
This is not an open ticketed event. Participation requires an application and review process before payment.
Before being accepted, each participant will complete a confidential intake covering health and medical history, medications, psychological well-being, previous psychedelic experience, personal intentions, support systems, and readiness for the experience. Some participants might be asked to complete an additional conversation or obtain appropriate professional clearance before acceptance.
Approved participants will then receive the informed-consent documents, participant agreements, preparation information, and payment link.
Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. The review process exists to support participant well-being, appropriate preparation, and the safety of the group.
