TLG Vedika 3 : Growing Pains
🚀 Welcome to The Leader’s Guild!
Building a venture is exciting. Growing one is a different game altogether.
As a startup grows, yesterday’s solutions can become tomorrow’s problems. More customers, more people, more decisions, more complexity. The founder has to evolve, the team has to step up, and the business has to build the muscle to grow without losing its soul.
If you are navigating these challenges, or preparing to face them, this room is built for you.
Join us for TLG Vedika 3 | Growing Pains, an open, candid and intimate conversation on what it really takes to grow a venture.
📌 In This Session, We Will:
📈 Navigate the Pains of Growth
What changes when a startup moves beyond its early stage? Explore the challenges of people, processes, customers, leadership and the founder’s own changing role.
🧭 Learn from Experience
