wiggles & feels ✨ :: connection
it has been a year, hasn't it?
Like, in a literal sense it's been a year, but also—it has been a year.
Maybe you're like me and you've also been struggling with overwhelm and anxiety and loneliness. The paradoxical juxtaposition of way-too-much and not-nearly-enough. The nagging weight of seeking a way out, with a fatigue that sometimes feels insurmountable.
And, in your heart of hearts, maybe you're like me in believing in the power of getting your body moving, of tapping into play and creativity, and sharing physical space with other vulnerable humans.
If that sounds like you, come join us for an evening of playful wiggles, vulnerable feels, sharing space, and authentic connection.
No dance background required or expected. I'll be drawing on my background as a coach, facilitator, dancer, improviser, and performing artist to lead the group through a sequence of semi-structured movement activities.

past participants have said:
"... The small group setting fostered a supportive community where we could experiment and grow together, often dissolving into laughter as we embraced our unique ways of moving. This helped break down the barriers of self-consciousness that often hold us back. I’ve rediscovered the sheer joy of music and movement to express myself!"
"... Mason has this rare ability to create a space that feels both safe and invigorating—one where connection, openness, and self-expression come naturally. Through dance, listening, and meaningful conversations, he guided us to communicate our thoughts and feelings in ways we hadn’t expected. I can’t recommend his work enough for anyone looking to explore, grow, and truly connect."
"... I usually never really dance so it was a bit of a step up for me. But you created an environment safe and fun to try. I also loved the prompt you have provided. That opened the imagination door and I could really get into the story I wanted to create and experience AND to SHARE. I felt I was really talking to viewers with my whole body. ..."
