Amelia Geraghty has passed the hosting baton to me for the summer meet-up due to some family schedule changes on her end ⚾️
Not to worry - I'm PUMPED and am an experienced host!
What You Need To Know:
When: Friday, June 12th 4 - 6 PM (see optional part 2)
Where: The Collective Offshore Restaurant at Lake Kittamaqundi in Columbia, MD (near the Merriweather Lakefront District).
You will have the opportunity to:

Shamanic Cacao & Sound Ceremony with Hamilton

REGISTER Shamanic Cacao & Sound Ceremony HERE:
In this 1.5-hour session, you will be supported by the aerial hammock to allow for full-body relaxation. This is the more therapeutic practice of Aerial yoga, where low hammocks allow us to hold poses to restore and repair systems of the body to release fascia and stuck scar tissue and allow for beautiful spinal traction. After connection with body and mind, we traverse into a deeper sense of relaxation with a guided meditation that accompanies a sound symphony of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, and more.
