Rescript How You Grow & Learn
One small room, one honest page, the plan that finally holds.
You know the pattern. A fortnight of getting serious about growth, a plan you were proud of, then it thins out until one ordinary Tuesday you realize you've quietly stopped. You blame the plan for being too loose, or yourself for being undisciplined. It took me a long time to see the third option: I was following a script for growth I'd never written.
I learned that on a hospital floor beside my son, with a notebook and a question I couldn't put down: who am I becoming? What got me out, eight months later, wasn't a tidier plan. It was a re-scripted one.
That's what these 75 minutes are for. A small room on purpose, where someone else names their inherited script and something goes still in you, because you recognize it before they've finished the sentence.
You'll leave with three things on paper: the script that's been running your last three attempts, your own rewritten version of it, and a one-page growth plan you design yourself. Your curriculum, not somebody else's.
Bring a pen.
