This isn't an event for the mass affluent marketplace. The intention is to foster an authentic exchange for advisors serving families with $50M+ in net worth who want to evolve beyond where AI and standard planning can reach.
We're looking for advisors who are already operating at this level and ready for peer discourse at depth. If that describes your practice, this convening is for you.

What we are addressing:
Who are the advisors UHNW families actually want to work with?
They navigate the invisible dynamics in wealth conversations. They understand what's being said, what's not being said, and why it matters. They know when a planning discussion is really about something else.
The most sophisticated wealth work isn't about which strategy to use—it's about understanding the psychological reasons families make the decisions they make. What drives resistance? What creates trust? What invisible dynamics are shaping the conversation before anyone talks about structures or numbers?
Most advisors skip this entirely and go straight to technique. That works until AI handles the technique better than you do. The technical gap is closing fast.
Two-thirds of the program is Joe Strazzeri's Motive work—understanding the invisible guests in wealth-biased relationships. These are the unspoken motives, family dynamics, and psychological undercurrents that drive every wealth decision. When you understand motive, you stop being a technician executing transactions and become the advisor family offices actually seek out.
The other third covers advanced technical strategies that go beyond standard estate planning and align with this deeper understanding—work designed for the family office level that AI won't displace.
This isn't information delivery. It's peer discourse. Twenty-five advisors. Two days. The Peninsula Beverly Hills
