Burnout Prevention & Stress Management - Your Personal Reset
Burnout Prevention & Stress Management
Week 4: Your Personal Reset
Awareness is useful. What matters next is knowing what to do with it.
In the final week of this four-week series with the City of Raleigh, we'll bring everything together and create a realistic, personal approach to burnout prevention and stress management.
We'll revisit the signals of stress, nervous-system regulation, boundaries, and capacity, then translate those ideas into practices that can actually fit into everyday life.
Each 60-minute session blends brief, accessible education with gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, guided relaxation, and reflection.
This Week: Your Personal Reset
You'll reflect on what helps you feel more grounded, what tends to drain your capacity, and which small practices are realistic enough to keep using after the series ends.
The goal isn't a perfect routine. It's a reset plan you can return to when life gets busy, stressful, or out of balance.
You'll leave with a simple personal burnout-prevention plan designed around your own needs, rhythms, and capacity.
