*Creators, Co-Work & Contrast Therapy* from Custom Influence
I'm launching the Creators, Co-Work & Contrast Therapy event series.. because it’s the kind of event I’ve been wanting to go to!
As a co-founder of Custom Influence, I know how difficult it can be to justify taking time away from the work, especially when you’re a creator, founder, self-employed or... gasp... a working parent! If you’re not delivering, you’re not usually earning.
So earlier this year I found myself becoming much more selective about the events I attended.
I still wanted the connection and inspiration that come from meeting IRL, but I didn’t always have time for another full day of panels, presentations or crowds. Me + the team have actual work to do, and a lot of it! I'm sure you're the same.
Building on that reality, my summer vacation just ended.
Again ... just, wow. What a reminder of how important it is to step away occasionally and clear my mind.
One thing I said I'll work on moving forward is making sure those 'breather' moments don't only happen once or twice a year.
Making time for ourselves inside of our work lives can make us more creative, productive and ultimately better at what we do.
So.. drum roll pls.. with all that in mind, I'm bringing Creators, Co-Work & Contrast Therapy to you!
On Tuesday 15 September, from 9am–4pm, Custom Influence are hosting a free, informal drop-in coworking day in East London for people working in and around the creator economy or b2b social.
Come along to:
Get some actual work done
Meet and work alongside other people in the creator economy
Take a restorative break with a sauna and/or cold plunge session (located inside the co-working space)
Enjoy coffee, smoothies or lunch from the onsite café, Palm Greens
Best of all? Custom Influence are footing the bill!
We will cover the co-working day + contrast therapy session (sauna &/or cold plunge) at The Sanctuary for the first 15 registered attendees who would like one.
There’s genuinely no catch.
This isn’t a conference -- Bring your laptop, meet some interesting people and make a little time for yourself along the way.
You don't even HAVE to have the sauna & cold plunge if you don't want to. Co-work only is completely cool.
