🌞 Summer Weekly Run — Central Park
​We’re back for our summer weekly runs in Central Park — the perfect way to build stamina for our upcoming Summer and Fall Field Trip Runs.
​Our regular Central Park loop is 5–6 miles, but you’re welcome to run any distance that fits your training plan. Beginners are always welcome — just show up and move with the group.

​9:00 AM — Warmup + Announcements
​9:10 AM — Run starts

​Restrooms are available inside Whole Foods at Columbus Circle.

​Self‑Sufficient: No bag check or lockers. Bring only what you can comfortably carry while running.
​Safety First: We’ll be on shared paths. Stay in pedestrian lanes, watch for cyclists, and stay aware of your surroundings.
