From COO to CEO: Reflections on Operational Leadership

​This July 11th, Sakara Life CEO Henry Davis will join Parabola’s CEO Alex Yaseen to talk about his career journey from COO and president of beauty brand Glossier to CEO of Sakara Life, an organic meal service delivery. 

​As an ecomm veteran (and founder), Davis brings his unique experience as an ops leader to the work he’s now doing as CEO of Sakara Life. He’ll talk about the processes that catapulted Glossier’s growth; how to manage complex supply chains and set up scalable processes; and analyze the current supply chain landscape from the POV of both an operator and an executive.

​It’ll be a great opportunity to hear about how well-run operations are really at the center of building a successful business — and how to build durable processes at different kinds of brands, from retail to ecomm to DTC.
