​Facilitator Bio

​Tian Tian is a Harvard Business School graduate, former Wall Street professional, and startup/tech GM turned Holistic Coach for high-achieving Asian American women who are ready to break the cycle of burnout and redefine success on their own terms.

​After a decade leading global teams, managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, and working 60–100 hour weeks, she realized that success means nothing without peace and vitality.

​Today, Tian Tian bridges ancient wisdom and modern science, blending her corporate background with more than 15 years of spiritual and somatic training in yoga, qi gong, breathwork, and sound healing. She is also a 25th-generation lineage holder in Wudang Dragon Gate Pure Yang Daoism, a practice that deeply informs her work.

​Her offerings speak to women who have done everything β€œright”, the degrees, the titles, the accolades, yet quietly wonder why they still feel tired, restless, or unfulfilled.
