​These gatherings are foundational actions for the Regenerative Leadership Community.

​This community has been recently launched on June 25th with a small group of founding member leaders from different countries, backgrounds and levels of expertise.

Inside the community is based on 13 regenerative culture principles, where we offer several benefits for personal development, community building, business mastermind and overall how to regenerate the world through leadership and culture.

The Council of Leaders serves as an educational / practical online space to learn about community governance: using sociocracy, holocracy, voluntaryism, non-violent communication, NLP, dragon dreaming as main tools and methodologies to make decisions together for the vision of the community.

As our community of leaders grows, we will be documenting each step of the way for our records, as well as to share our process (achievements and challenges) to new upcoming communities, group projects, businesses and/or governance systems, to support with their growth using our experience as guidance.

NOTE: The Council of Leaders is a LIVE online gathering only for members of The Regenerative Leadership Community. Only this first gathering will be available to the public via Youtube for those who are curious to learn more about how this community starts, to perhaps joining us in becoming a member.

What we do

​Here we share challenges and improvements within the community's experience. We practice how to make decisions together, how to organize our structural systems and communication, how to establish deeper relationships between us, clarify agreements, and ensure that each member has their offerings active and needs covered while designing ahead the growth of the community.

Overall, these meetings is where we practice to govern ourselves. As you participate, you learn and can apply it in your own life, family, community and business. Eventually, we will share this information as a blueprint for others to reach the same in their own expression.

In other words, this is a real living training ground and open book for designing a regenerative community in action, using sociocracy, holocracy, non-violent communication, neuro-linguistic programming, dragon dreaming, as well as personal and business growth. Where we are currently

​Since we just officially launched this community (RLC) June 25th, so far we have been getting familiar with the Mighty platform as well as into the rhythm of participating in the spaces within. Being the most active: The Regen Circle every Thursday and recently the 13 Moon Cycle training. We recently finished the 21 Summer Cleanse and coming soon the Autumn Cleanse in September. We also activated a new space for Regen Retreats, in-person experiences. Being our SEEDS retreat coming up August 20th -30th in Ecuador. As the community grows, other leaders will have offerings, some free, some with tribe-discount.
