After-Work Unwind

​​One-hour community dance event. Unwind, shake off the week, & disconnect from the screen. Let go of your jaw, relax your belly, and feel your feet.

​​​​​​​​​The event is a blend of stretching, movement, and dance. It is designed to help destress from the week & get your body feeling alive.

​​​​​​​​​15 min: Stretch.

​​​​​​​​​45 min: Move + dance off the week.

​​​​​​​​​15 min: Cool down.
